At the end of the previous step, the grid should have been reflected to create the following result:
We now have the I of PRIMROSE starting 41 down. This is better, but the V later on in the answer could be difficult to fill around. Suppose 55 across was moved one square to the left: 41 down would then have the more promising pattern I---I---. The V would then start a four letter word, but that shouldn't be a problem. To preserve the 180 degree symmetry, 20 across would have to be moved one square to the right, but that should also be no more difficult to fill around.

Use one of these techniques to move 20 across one square to the right. Note that this also moves 55 across one square to the left, which was the objective. When you have done this, the grid should appear as shown at the start of the next step.
Note that you can use similar techniques to move just one end of a light (i.e. resize it). The special pointer shapes associated with resizing lights are or (for across lights) and or (for down lights).
